She was very responsive, double checked that everything was scheduled according to plan, and on the day of the tours she updated me with driver contact information via email and text. The drivers were all early and all were polite and professional. We had five tours leaving within 1.5 hours and all went off without a hitch; I didn't receive a single "uh oh!" phone call while they were driving around town...apparently there were no problems getting our guests to the various locations on time and in one piece.
